About VirtualStaging.com
What is VirtualStaging.com?
VirtualStaging.com is a virtual staging service operated by VS24, Inc., based in Wilmington, Delaware. We turn empty or cluttered real estate listing photos into photorealistic, furnished rooms. Every image is finished by a real interior designer and 3D artist, not pure AI.
Who uses VirtualStaging.com?
Real estate agents, brokers, home stagers, real estate photographers, developers, and investors across the United States and Canada. Agents from Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, Century 21, eXp Realty, Redfin, and Howard Hanna use us on their listings.
How is this different from AI-only virtual staging tools?
AI-only tools (like Virtual Staging AI, ApplyDesign, REimagine) render an image in seconds but leave common artifacts: bent chair legs, floating objects, warped patterns, wrong lighting. Our workflow uses AI inside a real designer's process; a human finishes every photo. That's why our results pass on Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com without disclosure complaints.
Pricing
How much does virtual staging cost?
Virtual staging is $24 per photo, and a full 20-photo listing is $288 flat ($14.40 per photo). Other services: image enhancement $1.20 per image, item removal from $0.50 per item, twilight $4.80, wall or floor change $4.80, 360° staging $32, virtual renovation $90 (interior) or $140 (exterior) per image, and floor plan renders from $700 per project.
Are there bulk discounts?
Yes. Prices drop as you stage more photos in one order. A full 20-photo listing works out to $14.40 per photo.
How do your prices compare to BoxBrownie?
Both charge $24 for one staged photo. BoxBrownie has no bulk discounts, so a 20-photo listing costs US$480 there and $288 flat here. BoxBrownie stages small projects within 48 hours; we deliver in 4 to 8 hours on weekday orders and within 24 hours otherwise. Full comparison: virtualstaging.com/boxbrownie-alternative.
Do you charge for revisions?
No. Every order includes unlimited free revisions.
Turnaround and process
How fast is delivery?
Most orders are delivered in 4 to 8 hours when placed Monday to Friday, 5am to 3pm Pacific. Other orders, weekends included, are delivered within 24 hours. Rush delivery is free.
How does the process work?
Four steps: (1) upload your photo, (2) pick a style, (3) our designer stages the room, (4) download and request unlimited revisions until it's right.
What photo formats and sizes do you accept?
JPG or PNG at 1024px wide or larger. Higher-resolution photos produce sharper staged results.
Can you stage rooms that already have furniture?
Yes. We use Item Removal to clear the existing furniture from the photo first, then virtually stage the empty room in the style you choose.
Legality and disclosure
Is virtual staging legal on MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and Realtor.com?
Yes on every major platform when disclosed. Best practice: add 'Virtually Staged' to the photo caption, and keep at least one unstaged photo of each room so buyers see the real space. Some states (e.g. North Carolina) require explicit disclosure, so check your state's rules.
Will I mislead buyers?
Not when you disclose. Virtual staging is a widely accepted marketing tool, treated the same as physical staging as long as buyers know the furniture isn't there in person.
Is virtual staging tax deductible?
For real estate professionals it is typically deductible as a marketing expense. Consult your CPA for your specific situation.
Results and guarantee
Do staged homes actually sell faster?
Yes. The Real Estate Staging Association reports staged homes sell 73% faster on average. NAR reports 90% of buyers begin their home search online; the listing photos are the listing.
What if I don't like the result?
Unlimited free revisions on every order, and a full money-back guarantee if we can't make it right.
Who owns the finished photos?
You do. Once delivered, use them however you like, with no royalties or usage fees.
